We are more than just an ordinary online gaming platform. bos99 is built on a foundation of trust, security and a genuine commitment to delivering the best entertainment experience to every player in Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu.
Bos99 started with a simple yet meaningful goal — to create an online entertainment space genuinely suited to the needs and lifestyle of Malaysian players. Rather than copying foreign models and transplanting them here, we took the time to understand what Malaysian players truly want: a language-friendly interface, familiar payment methods, support reachable at any time, and a smooth gaming experience free from frustrating technical disruptions.
Since launching, bos99 has grown into one of the most active online entertainment platforms in Malaysia. These are not just numbers we are proud of — they reflect the trust players place in us every day when they choose bos99 as their entertainment destination. We take that trust seriously.
We understand that in this industry, reputation is everything. That is why we invest heavily in security infrastructure, transparent verification systems and fast withdrawal processes — because we know that delayed wins or an unreliable platform are the most frustrating things any player can experience.
The founding team at bos99 is made up of individuals who have played on various platforms and experienced the frustrations firsthand — slow withdrawals, unresponsive support, and confusing interfaces. We decided to build something better.
Before launching a single game, we invested in security systems, server infrastructure, and customer support processes. We wanted a solid foundation before opening our doors to the first players.
Launching with over 200 games, bos99 received an encouraging response from Malaysian players. Within the first few months, registered membership exceeded our initial target.
Bos99 added Bingo, Fish Shooting Games, and Live Casino categories. A more advanced promotion system was introduced, including progressive jackpots and series tournaments.
Today, bos99 is one of Malaysia's most active online entertainment platforms, with over 500 games, comprehensive payment support and a player community that grows every day.

To become the most trusted and most loved online entertainment platform by Malaysian players — a brand synonymous with safety, fairness and fun, remembered as a platform that truly understands local players.
These five values are not just office wall slogans — they are the principles that define how we operate every single day.
Player trust is bos99's most valuable asset. Every policy, process and decision is measured by whether it strengthens or weakens that trust.
